I got and assembled this yesterday. Here are some thoughts for prospective buyers (since the only other review on this seems suspiciously vague and all positive): Pros: - Cheap - All pieces arrived in good condition/labeled, no missing screws/parts - pieces fit reasonably well together when assembled Cons: - Though the Particleboard seems fairly durable, the glue job on wood laminate is not. Easily came off at the ends. - Assembly is NOT easy. Ideally you'll need two people for at least a portion of it. - Foul chemical smell on the boards. I wiped the boards with all-purpose cleaners but the smell is still there and may require some time to vent off. - shelf is much smaller than appears on pics. Despite knowing the dimensions ahead of time, I am still a bit shocked by how small it is. Overall, you're getting what you paid for. This shelf doesn't look like it would last super long, but is should suffice for 4-5 years of gentle use, probably to be disposed off when you move. The only real concern I have is the foul chemical smell, as this is a made in China product and I dunno if that chemical will linger or is toxic.
